Emergency training simulation platform

With the acceleration of urban development and the expansion of campus scale, pedestrian traffic planning and emergency evacuation management have become important topics in school safety management. Traditional evacuation drills and theoretical teaching are difficult to truly simulate the dynamics of group behavior in complex scenarios. To this end, the Allcontroller team has independently developed a 6DOF pedestrian traffic and evacuation dynamics experimental platform in collaboration with universities, dedicated to providing intelligent solutions for campus safety management, teaching and research, and public space optimization.

6DOF pedestrian evacuation emergency platform, customized 5*8m oversized cabin, accommodates 50 people for evacuation drills. Inside the cabin, positioning partitions can be added to divide the space into multiple areas. At the same time, both sides of the cabin are equipped with open sliding doors, which are convenient for loading and unloading passengers. Two sets of large-size gangways are also built to allow passengers to log in from both sides. The platform meets the requirements of 50 people and the weight of the cabin, and also has the structural parameter of large turning angle. The platform is capable of handling all kinds of emergency simulation drills, which is a very important auxiliary function for scientific research and various experiments.

Size 5000mm*8000mm*4220mm(including cabin)
Load 10000KG
Displacement (±mm) 760-600-400
Angle (±°) 15-15-20
Line speed (mm/s) 400-400-300
Angular velocity (°/s) 20-20-30
Linear acceleration (g) 0.2-0.2-0.3
Angular acceleration (°/s²) 80-80-100

The emergency training simulation platform is based on 6DOF motion control system that can simulate multiple disaster scenarios such as earthquakes, fires, partial collapses, and crowd congestion, and combines virtual reality (VR) technology to build a highly realistic dynamic environment.
