Allcontroller’s ordering process is as follows:

1. Contact us through consultation, message, online customer service, etc.

2. We will arrange experts to develop the most suitable product plan according to your actual situation.

3. Choose the plan you like.

4. Generate an order and design the plan drawings according to the order.

5. Both parties confirm the product design plan drawings.

6. Customized production according to the plan drawings, the production cycle is generally 30 to 45 days;

7. Accept the equipment in the form of video shooting or remote video conferencing, and arrange shipment after acceptance;Ship and provide logistics information.

8. After confirming receipt, arrange after-sales personnel to assist in product installation, operation and training.

A motion platform is a mechanical device that provides movement across one or more of the six degrees of freedom (DoF), which are individually defined as X, Y, Z, θ-X, θ-Y, θ-Z, and often referred to as surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch, and yaw.

Simulator motion platforms today use 6 jacks (“Hexapods”) giving all six degrees-of-freedom, the three rotations pitch, roll and yaw, plus the three translational movements heave (up and down), sway (sideways) and surge (longitudinal). 6 Dof motions are powerful cues when combined with outside-world (OTW) imagery.

Allcontroller’s standard motion platform has a load range of 100kg to 5000kg, supporting highly customized designs. For scenarios such as aerospace and heavy vehicle testing, it can provide a reinforced structure solution with a load of more than 10 tons, and is equipped with a redundant electric system to ensure stability.

Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the repeatability is ±0.01mm and the dynamic response time is <10ms. For high-frequency scenarios such as automotive testing, a high-frequency response module (up to 100Hz) can be optionally installed to ensure the accuracy of real-time feedback data.

Fully compatible. We provide an open API interface and support multiple communication interfaces, including CAN, RS232, RS485, and support SD card file reading and writing.

Support non-standard customization. Size customization (minimum 0.5m x 0.5m, maximum 10m x 10m). For the convenience of transportation, due to the limitation of container size, it is generally recommended to control the width below 2 meters, or assemble it upon arrival at the project site.

We support customers to come to China and conduct on-site acceptance at our factory, and we provide food and accommodation. For customers who cannot come to China, we provide Google conference video acceptance or shoot sports platform indicator videos according to the indicators required by customers.
