If your team needs sign-off before shipment, our FAT/SAT process is designed to be easy to witness, document, and approve.

Step 1 — Requirement lock

Confirm payload, stroke/angle, interface, safety logic, and acceptance criteria.

Step 2 — FAT plan & checklist

We prepare a FAT checklist and test plan matched to your project.

Step 3 — Witness & evidence

On-site witness or remote video witness. We record key results, logs, and photos/videos.

Step 4 — FAT report & packaging

Deliver FAT report, serial number records, packing photos, and shipment documents.

Can you provide CE documentation for import to the EU?

We support compliance planning based on your destination and system configuration. For projects requiring CE/EMC documentation, we confirm scope during quotation and provide applicable documentation and support.

Do you support third-party inspection ?

Yes. We support third-party and customer-appointed inspections, including on-site witness or remote video inspection with evidence records.

Can you provide calibration/compensation reports?

If calibration/compensation is part of your acceptance requirements, we can include it in the deliverables and provide a report.

Can we witness FAT remotely via video and receive raw data logs?

Yes. Remote witness is supported. We can provide videos, photos, and raw logs as agreed in the FAT plan.

Can you customize documents to match our internal QA checklist?

Yes. Send your checklist and we’ll map each item to FAT/SAT steps and deliverables.

How do you package heavy motion platforms for overseas shipping?

We use export-grade crates with internal reinforcement and protection measures (anti-rust / moisture control as applicable). Packing photos and packing list are provided.

What is included in your Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)?

Typically motion range verification, safety checks, interface verification, functional run test, and agreed performance checks (payload/accuracy/etc. as required), documented in a FAT checklist and report.

Do you provide wiring diagrams and electrical schematics?

Yes, project-based. NDA can be signed before sharing detailed drawings/schematics.
