The Allcontroller 6DOF (Degree of Freedom) motion platform is a device that simulates motion in 3 axes of rotation (pitch, roll, and yaw) and 3 axis of translation (heave, surge and sway). The platform is engineered to replicate the motions experienced by an object or vehicle in these six directions, creating an immersive simulation experience.

Our customized six-degree-of-freedom motion system includes: mechanical analysis, kinematic analysis, dynamic analysis, modal analysis, finite element analysis, control simulation and accuracy compensation, etc. It is completely built into the control software and supports multiple communication interfaces. Different from other crank structure 6DOF motion platforms, we basically use a direct-connected servo electric cylinder structure, so the load will be greater.

The platform motion works in the following ways.
1. Receive real-time data communication from the host computer (external communication).
2. Read the fixed action file script (need to synchronize with the start time of the external device).
3. Regular action (curve or surface movement) according to the set period and frequency.
4. Manual control (single-cylinder stroke independent test, single attitude independent test, back to the center, back to the origin, the platform of the switching control, that is, the platform will first be automatically down to the blocking position and then close the contactor)
