We are very proud to present a recent collaboration that is revolutionizing driver education: we are working with driver training schools to integrate motion simulators into their training curriculum. The Driving School Training Racing Simulator highlights our commitment to providing advanced immersive motion platforms that meet the evolving needs of a wide range of industries, from professional sports to educational institutions.
The Challenge: Enhancing Driver Skills Beyond the Road
Driving schools want to enhance their driver training programs by providing students with a safe, controlled, and highly realistic environment to develop advanced driving skills. Traditional on-road driving training, while essential, can be limited by traffic conditions, weather, and the inherent risks of pushing driving to the limit. They seek a solution that allows students to experience a variety of driving scenarios, practice evasive maneuvers, and understand vehicle dynamics in a way that is not possible on public roads.
Our solution: Custom Driving School Training Racing Simulator
We worked closely with the driving schools coaches and technical team to design and implement a custom Driving School Training Racing Simulator based on their specific needs. With our expertise in motion platforms, we were able to provide a solution that goes far beyond the average driving game.
The Driving School Training Racing Simulator has developed a three-axis motion system based on a crank swing arm according to the customer requirements of “low height”, “quiet” and “responsive”. The minimum initial height of the platform is about 320mm, and you can basically climb onto the equipment without much effort. The upper frame adopts a multiple reinforcement rib design to maximize the stability and strength of operation. In addition, based on the complex structure at the bottom of the cockpit, a clever mechanical assembly interface is designed to facilitate rapid disassembly and assembly. The appearance of the platform adopts a polygonal angular design, all-black matte spraying, more texture, and reaches the highest standard of driving simulators.
The electrical part and the computer host are all integrated inside the platform, and panels are set at the front and rear sheet metal, integrating operation signal display lights, emergency stop buttons, RJ-45 network ports, pin plugs, etc., which can be optimized according to the layout of the customer site.
In terms of control, the latest ACB750 series EtherCAT bus communication mode motion controller developed by Allcontroller is adopted. Based on the latest motion algorithm of Allcontroller and combined with China’s top Inovance servo motor system, customers can achieve the lowest delay and high-speed motion response when performing upper computer software integrated control, and the experience in the field of vehicle driving simulation has reached the world’s top level.
