This is a 6DOF motion platform combined with medical rehabilitation training system. Research and training equipment that integrates biomechanics, rehabilitation medicine and sports science. It mainly provides assessment and training for functional defects caused by nerve injury, musculoskeletal injury or degenerative lesions, including dysfunction of movement, cognition, daily life activities, psychology, etc. It is also suitable for athletes, military personnel and other ability enhancement training. In addition,The system integrates more than 30 kinds of functional modules, which can simulate real scenarios of exercise and rehabilitation, such as rowing, bus and subway travel, interactive wheelchair, traffic light rush, walking up and downhill, etc., with a view to realizing the integration of rehabilitation.
The system integrates advanced technologies such as 6DOF motion platform, six-dimensional force measurement table, led flexible surround screen, adaptive running platform, dynamic weight reduction, motion capture system, upper and lower limb rehabilitation robot, sports training equipment and human-computer interaction software. In order to create an open immersive experience, the R&D team equipped the system with a 180° flexible led wrap-around screen, which conforms to the range of vision of the human eye and has a class 3a picture effect. Facing the surround screen, patients will feel like they are in the virtual environment, interacting and blending with the environment, which is conducive to the rehabilitation treatment.
Multi-sensory immersive experience
Ground walking training: simulates various walking scenes in daily life, such as flat streets, uphill and downhill slopes, etc. Combined with lower limb rehabilitation robots, it provides a more interactive training experience.
Double upper limb rowing training: The motion platform is linked with the EMU three-dimensional upper limb rehabilitation robot to provide dynamic gravity compensation, simulate water resistance, and achieve coordinated training of double upper limbs.
Dynamic balance training: Wearing a prosthesis to perform dynamic balance training under different interferences, such as a subway that moves left and right, a bus that vibrates irregularly, acceleration and braking interference, etc.
Gait function evaluation: The pressure distribution film sensor and the 6DOF force sensor, combined with the motion capture system, can conduct a comprehensive and professional evaluation and analysis of human gait.
6DOF motion platform: adapting rehabilitation training to patient needs
The 6dof motion platform specially customized for this system by Nanjing Quankong Aviation can achieve ±30° tilt, 360° rotation and multi-directional translation in three-dimensional space, accurately simulating complex motion trajectories such as walking, running, and going up and down stairs. Combined with the biofeedback technology of the rehabilitation training system, the platform can adapt to the patient’s muscle strength status in real time to avoid excessive load. At the same time, the entire process of digitally recording parameters such as motion trajectory, strength, and stability provides a scientific basis for doctors to optimize the plan.
