The electric control cabinet (box) is a control cabinet (box) that assembles switchgear, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-enclosed metal cabinet or on a screen according to the requirements of electrical wiring. Its layout should meet the requirements of normal operation of the power system, facilitate maintenance, and not endanger the safety of people and surrounding equipment.
Including (distribution cabinet) (distribution box) (electrical control cabinet), etc., in normal operation, the circuit can be connected or disconnected with the help of manual or automatic switches. In case of fault or abnormal operation, the circuit can be cut off or alarmed with the help of protective electrical appliances. Various parameters in operation can be displayed by measuring instruments, and certain electrical parameters can be adjusted to prompt or send signals for deviations from normal working conditions.
As an important component of the motion platform, this control cabinet is equipped with the servo driver and motion control computer of the six-degree-of-freedom motion platform drive system, providing normal power supply and emergency power supply for the internal equipment of the control cabinet to ensure the normal operation of the system; at the same time, it provides the system with a control panel including an emergency stop button (E-Stop), a start button, a stop button, a fault indicator light, etc.; it provides a communication interface and a logic interface for the motion platform system; it has an independent lighting system inside for easy maintenance; and it has a reliable circulation cooling system.
Features of Motion Platform Electrical System Cabinets
1. Cabinet ventilation and heat dissipation: hot air density is small, high temperature in the upper part of the cabinet.
