The motion file acquisition software is a 4D/5D cinema seat and special effects motion acquisition device, which can easily and quickly produce dynamic files. That is to say, when the movie is finished, the dynamic file production process is also completed, which improves the efficiency of generating motion files for 3D movie editing.

Its main function is to enable users to calibrate platform performance parameters according to actual needs without changing the control card firmware. It can modify the platform’s speed, flexibility, stiffness, scale and judgment of the motion experience parameters, and can also modify the platform’s structural type and model size parameters, as well as the parameters of the platform control such as positioning, standby, and posture. The multi-functional central control software is an integrated control system software, and its main functions are as follows:

The control interface operates the motion platform move in the following operating modes.

1. Attitude control LocLab, receiving data communication from the host computer in real time (external communication).

2.MathLab reads fixed action file script (need to do start time synchronization with external equipment).

3. Manual control (single-cylinder stroke independent test, single attitude independent test, back to the center, back to the origin, the platform’s switching control, that is, first the platform automatically to the next will be blocked to the position and then close the contactor)

4.RuleLab trajectory planning function, can be set through the movement amplitude, frequency, movement mode (each degree of freedom point movement/continuous, each axis of motion point movement/continuous, continuous movement according to the sine/cosine curve or surface movement), to generate different working conditions of the motion test signal;.

Motion collection software

By combining MathLab motion file acquisition software with 4D/5D cinema seats and special effects motion acquisition devices, it can easily and quickly create dynamic files. Allcontroller game software

The motion simulation game platform is a game platform that truly obtains the posture of the moving subject from the game, that is, the corresponding actual terrain feedback. Its built-in image analysis engine tool captures data from the five major communication DMA pipeline links of CPU, GPU, memory, video memory, and hard disk, extracts the effective camera data of the moving subject, and analyzes the game screen frame by frame, thereby identifying the posture of the current vehicle/aircraft and the current site conditions, and then transmits the current screen information to the electric platform motion control card.

The control plug-in has a data washout function, which can be divided into linear washout, sine washout, and smooth washout according to different games. The washout time can also be adjusted dynamically. We do not need to read the signal of the game steering wheel such as G27/G29 and transmit it to the control board, because the action obtained in this way is not real. We directly obtain the posture information of the game scene, so that we can get the most realistic action. Unlike some game plug-ins on the market that provide the extension of the electric cylinder, we provide native game posture information to the motion control card, and the degree of freedom platform settles the posture information, so that the authenticity of the game can be restored most realistically.

In addition to providing the most basic information such as three-axis Euler angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration, three-axis velocity, linear acceleration, etc., we can also provide high-end customers with racing car speed, engine speed, gear, water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, four-wheel tire temperature, brake disc temperature, tire wear, etc. The aircraft’s latitude and longitude, altitude, airspeed, ground speed, three-axis power, power torque, engine status information, control surface angle, remaining fuel, APU/GUP status, weather information, etc.
